   As long as managers and directors can deal with the problem but if managers and directors can't handle the problem the president director will go and finish the problem.

    To be a successful person you must be honest, diligent, confident and have big guts. And don't care what time is it when you work, whether it's day or night.

Road To Success

Introduction
                  Do you ever wonder how the life of becoming a successful businessman? Well, here is one of the person. The Iu Sia is a successful businessman in Pontianak city. He is 50 years old and he is the youngest of all of his siblings. He is also the foundation leader of Bhakti Suci and was one a painter before becoming a businessman. Because of is painting job requires a lot of funds he stops his career as a painter and started to become a businessman.

The Paths To Success
                   This successful man start his own business since he was 25 years old and took 3 years to make his business become a success. For the past 3 years he had been travelling to a lot of countries to sell parts of a lot of kind of item. He had a bankruptcy once but worked hard to fix everything and overcome the bankruptcy.

Living Up Good Live
                    The Iu Sia has more than 10 businesses and visited more than 10 countries for his job. The country that was most visited for his job is China. Most of his work has a connection with China. Most people usually think that the bigger the business, the more trouble they will have and the owner will have a difficult time to handle it. But The Iu Sia said "As long as managers and directors can handle but if they can't handle it the president director will handle it."
