   As long as managers and directors can deal with the problem but if managers and directors can't handle the problem the president director will go and finish the problem.

   Quit the business if it's not profiting

   3 years
10. Can you give me some tips of how to build my own business?
    To be a successful person you must be honest, diligent, confident and have big guts. And don't care what time is it when you work, whether it's day or night.
